2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Only registered and authorised users may make purchases on the Site. Unauthorised or guest users are not permitted to purchase or access paid content.

3. Products and Access

Upon purchase, authorised users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the digital products. Users may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or exploit products for commercial purposes without written consent.

4. Account Balance, Credits and Payments

Certain features are powered by prepaid credits held in your account balance. Users may top up using Visa and Mastercard. By initiating a top-up, you confirm authorisation to use your chosen payment method. Credits:

• are a prepaid means of accessing digital products, AI tools, and Chef Help — they are not money, have no cash value, and are not a deposit or e-money;
• are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash;
• are consumed at the rates shown at the point of use, which we may change from time to time;
• are generally non-refundable once spent, except as set out in Section 9 or where required by law. Where a Chef Help request is cancelled before a chef begins it, the credits for that request are returned to your balance automatically.

5. Currency and Conversion

Prices are denominated in EUR (€). Users may view and transact in the following currencies based on real-time conversion rates, subject to the exchange rate applied at the moment of the transaction:

• EUR (€) — Euro (Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Italy, Slovenia and other Eurozone countries)
• PLN (zł) — Polish Złoty (Poland)
• CZK (Kč) — Czech Koruna (Czechia)
• USD ($) — US Dollar
• AED (د.إ) — UAE Dirham
• AZN (₼) — Azerbaijani Manat

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Products are delivered digitally via links to Google Drive or specified platforms. Delivery is typically immediate; however, delays may occur due to technical issues. Support is available at info@tastesparks.io for access issues.

7. Chef Help and Human Services

“Chef Help” lets you request written guidance from a human chef on a recipe you own, paid for in credits. You acknowledge that:

• chefs are independent contractors, not employees of TasteSparks, and their guidance is their own opinion;
• chefs are anonymous; you agree not to attempt to identify, contact, or engage a chef outside the platform;
• Chef Help is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, response time, or that any particular chef will be available;
• you must not request unlawful, abusive, or off-topic help, and you must treat chefs respectfully.

8. Culinary Guidance and Food-Safety Disclaimer

All recipes, AI-generated content, and Chef Help are provided for general informational and culinary purposes only. They are not professional, medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

You are solely responsible for how you prepare and consume food, including checking ingredients and labels, safe food handling, cooking temperatures, storage, and hygiene. If you or anyone you are cooking for has an allergy, intolerance, medical condition, dietary restriction, or is pregnant, elderly, very young, or otherwise vulnerable, you must independently verify suitability and consult a qualified professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TasteSparks and its chefs are not liable for any allergic reaction, illness, injury, or loss arising from following any recipe, AI output, or Chef Help guidance.

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted or credits have been spent, except where required by law or in cases of verified technical failure on our part. Credits for a Chef Help request that is cancelled before a chef begins it are returned to your balance automatically. Technical issues should be reported to info@tastesparks.io.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site and Product content belongs to SYNAPSE SPARK STUDIO LTD or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

11. User Conduct

Users agree not to violate laws, access the Site unlawfully, or interfere with functionality or security. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

The company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product or request giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The company makes no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for specific needs.

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes are posted with updated effective dates, and users must review periodically. Chefs are additionally subject to the Chef Agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
